STORE POLICY

Return Policy
Authorization must be received prior to any return.Unauthorized returns will be refused. If you are not happy after initial inspections with quality, materials, or workmanship return in unused condition in original carton within 10 days for store credit of full purchase price. Requests for refunds of non-defetive merchandise, returned in resaleable condition will incur a 20% restocking fee within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. The limit of our liability is for merchandise only and transportation costs are nonrefundable unless the the return is direct result of our error. Example wrong size or wrong item delivered.

All claims for defect in workmanship must be returned for inspection and transportation costs to our facilities are non-refundable. However, once received, inspected and deemed to be defective we will provide transportation for replacement. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please note that all products are handmade and can vary slightly from case to case.

Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping . Shipping insurance is available at an extra cost.

What if I receive a shipment that is damaged or lost?
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier at the point of delivery. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

Payment Policy
Do not send cash or C.O.D. we can not be responsible for cash sent through the mail. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Company Checks, Cashier’s Check and Money Order. Please make checks payable to: Menlo Gifts Co. or The Real Insect Co.

Foreign Orders:
Payment must be in USD. Please use only Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Foreign Orders will be shipped ground mail unless air mail is clearly requested. Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs clearance fees.
